Purely good cookbook!

The Pure Points Cookbook is my first Weight Watchers cookbook, and I highly recommend it. There are beautiful pictures for many of the recipes and easy-to-follow instructions for semi-novice cooks like me, but sophisticated flavors that will satisfy more advanced cooks. There is something for everyone and every meal and course is covered from breakfast to dinner, appetizers to desserts. Each recipe includes points per serving and points for the entire dish. Since the cookbook is from the UK, there are some new flavors and dishes to add to my usual light cooking repertoire. The soups take less than an hour to make, and most of the other dishes appear to take 5 to 30 minutes to cook. I look forward to losing weight while preparing delicious food from this cookbook!
